Need best answers to the following 5 interview questions?

Well fellows,

The subject says it all. I need your serious suggestions for the answers of these questions. The place is an Autonomous Government Department.


1. Why do you want to have this job which has a 5 years contract and based in Lahore despite the fact that you have a job that is permanent and has presence all over Pakistan?

2. You worked for 3 months in a Marketing firm, then 2 years and 8 months at a bank, now you want to have this job just after 8 months of your service in Public Limited Company. Should we believe that would there be another job change after 4 months or so?

3. What if you are not offered permanency in this organization after 5 years?

4. What will be your plans for CSS if you are offered an employment by December? I intend to appear in CSS 2013

5. The pay of this organization is almost the same as in your last one. Mere 3k would be difference if you get appointed in this BPS-17 job. That too because you will be on contract. No PF, No Gratuity etc. So what is the prime reason behind this job??
