The guy takes cSS comes in top 20, the engagement is broken. What if the fiancee decides to go for css too, comes in top 5 and then again the engagement is broken.
So i have a suggestion here, why don they both take same sitting and decide this -as gentlemen.

Good that you only mean to encourage him but the encouragment for wrong doing is really not an encouragement. Think about if that guy acts on your advice or option.

I think if he tops, he'll not be so curious to marry her. I recall an story often heard from elders in which some one falls in love with a married woman and he proposes that woman. She is religious and sincere with her husband, so she shared all happenings with her husband. Husband was also a sensible person after thinking a while he says her wife to send a message to her lover, that if he (lover) performs prayers five times with Jamaat for forty days than she would accept his proposal. When lover got this message he said that it was not a bad deal, so he completed that task with sincerity. After completion of task he recieved message from woman asking him for his intentions.He replied that he was no more intrested in her and he had found his true love.

Moral: Lover se jan churani ho to kaho CSS kar k aye, if he fails to jan chut jaye gi and if he suceeds he'll know his worth, will not force to marry.

I wont be agreeing on whether a rational person will reject the proposal , the thing is even if girl accepts your friends proposal then tell him to be ready , he will be ditched in future as well. Besides that, I don't consider this true enough energetic spirit to be in top 20..

if our aspirants have such types of aims and such a level of maturity, what will be the future of civil service.

I couldn't understand just this when she is not interested why your friend still wants to marry her???
