Please help for confirmation of Shell Oil Malaysia Job

I have received appointment letter for shell Oil Malaysia don't know is that offer is true. the letter pad looks genuine apparently but they have nominated persons for visa and work permits and quoted as the person of their ministry of tourism and make estimation cost for that expenses. Moreover i want to know what should i do? because i want to avail that offer..

Most probably its fake... Many people have been robbed in the past too by enticing them into lucrative job offers. Have you applied for this position?

These are fake offers which received by many people but can you tell me you received this offer by email or postal?

its in form of mail but they have written they will courier it in a week i am waiting for hard copy. Moreover i have send all mails to concerned embassy for verification.
