Two degrees at the same time..? Legal..?

Is it legal to get two degrees i.e. B.A. from Allama iqbal open uni. and a regular BS degree from other uni. at the same time..?

Brother this is Pakistan. Here if you run after legal things your life will become miserable. Now come to your question, Actually it is illegal to have two degrees at the same time even it is illegal to do double graduation. But in actual practice there are number of people who have done double graduation. Here only laws exist but implementation of laws never exist.

What happens if the officials of any institution get to know about the dual degrees..?

Nothing will happen, however if he/she gets his/her degree attested from HEC, then only first attested degree will be considered and HEC will not attest the second one.

So If one attests his B.a degree and then apply for Css exam to try his luck due to age issues ..so do you mean that HEC recognized uni. will not recognize his BS degree?
