Unfortunately, the writers in Pakistan are very humble financially. It surprises me that in such competitive world one can spare time for writing voluntarily. Writers must be paid atleast for the oppurtunity time they give to writing.

Agreed. Moreover, Indians and volunteers have destroyed the freelance market.
