Default NTS Merit Calculation for BSCS (Hons)

I finished my BSCS(Hons) from Punjab Group of Colleges which is affiliated with University of Central Punjab (UCP). I applied for NTS Educator and successfully cleared NTS MCQs exam. Now I am trying to calculate my merit % for BSCS degree. My session was 2001 - 2005. In our session minimum passing marks were 60%, but now days what I can listen from current UCP students, that passing marks are 50%.

In our days 1GP was awarded to one who used to have 60% marks and in the same way 2GP for 70% and 3 gp for 80% marks and 4 gp for 90+ marks.

Now days 1GP for 50% and so on.

How should I calculate my overall percentage on the basis of cgpa? Suppose my cgpa is 3.10 then what will be my percentage in BSCS(Hons) program?
