ghairoon se kahaa tum ne, ghairoon se sunaa tum ne
kuchh hum se kahaa hotaa, kuchh hum se sunaa hotaa

ummiid to bandh jaatii, taskiin to ho jaatii
waadaa na wafaa karte, waadaa to kiyaa hotaa

naakaam-e-tamannaa dil, is soch mein rehtaa hai
yuun hotaa to kyaa hotaa, yuun hotaa to kyaa hotaa
