aey taiz hawa koi khabar us kay junoon ki!!
tanha safar-e-shoq peh nikla tha jo ik shakhs

ab aakhri satron main kaheen naam hai us ka
ahbaab ki fehrist main pehla tha jo ik shakhs

haathon main chupaye huye phirta hai kai zakham
sheeshay kay khilonon say behalta tha jo ik shakhs

mur mur kay usay dekhna chahain meri aankhain
kuch door mujhay chornay aaya tha jo ik shakhs

ab us nay bhi apna liye dunya kay qareenay
saaye ki rafaaqat say bhi derta tha jo ik shakhs

her zahan main kuch naqsh-e-wafa chor gaya hai
kehnay ko bharey shehar main tanha tha jo ik shakhs

munkir hai wohi ab meri pehchan ka mohsin
aksar mujhay khat khoon say likhta tha jo ik shakhs
