Meri tanhai ka jungle bhi mehak uthta hai
Yaad aati hein teri jab bhi wo sandal batain


Meri hasti ko chupa leti thn jo saaye mei
Dhoop mosam mei wo kar jata tha badal batain


Log lafzon se bhi mar jate hein ahsas karo
Rooh ko dus leti hein aksar yahan qatil batain


Bheegti aankhon mei khushbu samait rakhta tha
Jheel aankhon mei likhi hoti thn kanwal batain
