mehmaan ban k aay kisi roz ager wo shakhs
us roz bin sajai mera ghar saja lagay

main is liye manata nahi wasl ki khushi
mere rakeeb ki na mujhe bud dua lagay

wo qahat dosti ka para hai in dinoon
jo muskura k baat keray aashna lagay

tark-e-wafa kay baad ye uski adaa 'Qateel'
mujh ko sataye koi tu usko bura lagay
