ittifakh nahi tha nasheman per giri theen bijliyaan
tufaan ko aate dekh hawaon ne daman bacha liya

mai her taraf mehak uthun bahar ki chah ajib thi
khizan ki chaal se bekhaber usi ko apna bana liya

lut gaya saara chaman aur buta buta bikher gaya
chaand ne pyar se unhen daman may apne chupa liya
