Duniya k sitam yaad na apni hi waffaa yaad
Ab mujhko nahin kuch bhi mohabbat k siwaa yaad.

Chairra tha jissay pehlay pehal teri nazar ne
Ab tak hai wo naghma e be-saaz e sadaa yaad.

Kya luttf k main apna pata aap bataoon
Kijiye koi bhooli hui khaas apni adaa yaad.

Jab koi haseen hota hai sar-garm e nawazish
Uss waqt wo kuch aur bhi aatay hain siwaa yaad.

Kya jaaniye kya ho gya arbaab e junoon ko
Marnay ki adaa yaad na Jeenay ki adaa yaad.

Muddat hui ik haadsa e ishq ko lekin
Ab tak hai teray dil k dharraknay ki sadaa yaad .. !!
