Na janey kaise khaber ho gai zamanay ko

Dua bahaar ki mangi tu itney phool khiley
kaeen jaga na rahi meray aashianey ko

Meri lahad pe patangoon ka khoon hota ha
Hazoor shama na laaya karain jalaney ko

Suna ha ghair ki mehfil ko tum na sajaao gey
Kaho tu aaj saja loon gharib khaney ko

Daba k sab qabar mein chal deay na dua na salam
Zara si dair mein kia ho gia zamaney ko

Ab agey is mein tumara b naam aaey ga
Jo hukam ho tu yaheen choor doon fasaney ko

Qamar zara b nai tum ko khouf-e-ruswai
Chaley ho chandni shab mein onain bulane ko
