There are primarily two ways of doing it

1 - Get the URL of the image by right clicking the image and then choosing "Copy Image URL" (or something similar in other browsers). Click on this button and and paste the URL in the dialog box that opens up. Hit OK and the image should appear in your post.

2 - Make an account at www.photobucket.com, upload your photos to that account, get the [IMG] code for the photos by hovering the mouse over them, paste the [IMG] code in your post and the pictures should show up in your post

Regards

You'll need to convert you Excel file into a JPEG Image

Select all the rows and columns that you want to convert, right click and select copy from the menu, open your image editor (MS Paint or whatever), Hit Ctrl+P to paste, your selected rows and columns should show up in the image editor.

Save the file as Jpeg and upload as detailed in my previous post.

Regards
