I have been posting from 15 days and i don't understand why my posts are being deleted?

dear,the major reason could be "selection of wrong section".

This post will also be deleted because you have posted it in "Discussion" section.The proper place for this post is "Feedback Section".Post your material in relevant sections.

There are two reasons due to which those posts were deleted,
  • You thanked the member, and
  • Irrelevant comments in the thread

In order to thank someone use Thanks button which is given in the end at the left side of each post.

Also, if someone created thread just to know the starting date of the CSS exams then what is the point in asking him/her about his/her subjects.

Okay i got the above points but still i'm confused that i gave her link where she could see the ad which was given in the newspaper for the date of css exams.That post was also deleted .Wasn't that relevant?

That was relevant, but one of the member posted the ad in the same thread therefore that was more convenient for the member to see in the same thread rather go and see in another thread.

Brother they were neither duplicate nor posted in irrelevant section. I posted those posts in " Meri Pasand section". While posting I also mentioned that these were not of mine. I think their font size was small that's why those posts were deleted. Anyhow, it doesn't matter.
