Its not a fight.Its just that moderators' are also human,and they don't have indefinite tensile strength.They have their breaking point as well.Its not the first time that the forum management has made clear the reasons for not allowing any discussion on CSS results before they are declared.Still,after every few hours a member emerges asking the same questions,having the same complaints and what more,trying to insult and challenge the moderators.
What people need to understand is that moderators ko shoq nahy he members pe pabandiyan lgane ka,or un ki posts prhne,explanations deney,delete kurne in short 'sur khapaaney' ka.Does a member know how much effort goes into managing this forum and keeping it in shape..Tell me,those who criticize,can you give this forum 15+ hours 3-4 days a week?Social life khatam kurni parti he appni.PC k samne baith baith ankhein dukh jaati hey.Likh Likh k ungliyan dard kurne lagti hey.And then one fine morning someone comes up,draws his/her guns and starts firing good-for-nothing criticism on the moderators.Dhamkiyaan di jaati hey k is forum ka ye ho jayga wo hojayega hum FB pe shift hojayenge nya group bna lenge.Koi uthta he thread bna leyta he 'Why members like every post of Last Island'..Don't people have anything better to do..Hur doosra banda uthta he hmein mashwera dayta he k quit kardein gharr chale jayen..Janab we are not getting paid for this,we ae doing it voluntarily.Before calling this forum and its management ridiculous,just think of the benefits you have taken from this forum.
As I have said often before,things are different,and difficult on this side of the wall than they seem from that other side.
