Dear, this forum is an online forum where you post a comment or query and get many different replies. If you are asking for in private chat then that facility had been disabled a long ago due to obvious reasons stated here. Though this announcement says that the facility will be enabled from Sunday, December 08, 2013 but I am dubious about this. Only Mods can confirm it.
