I passed first written test of Assistant Director Federal Govt. Organization case no.F.419/2013 -R (A.D. IB).
Again Roll no slips were issued to 149 successful candidates and an other test was held.30 candidates qualified this test.At this stage Commission issued rejection letters to 3 candidates for different reasons.
Reason in my case was that your application received late by 3 days.I personally appeared before commission and explained because of problems in online application system I was compelled to send application by post and delay was unavoidable and at this stage candidature can not be rejected as commission issued roll no slip 2 times to me.But I was rejected.I filed review petition but it was also dismissed.Now I am planning to file a appeal before High Court.

Now suggest me what will be the best ground for appeal???

Please refere a case in which a candidate got favorable decision in rejection case from high court..

Any other advice regarding this matter???

A lawyer, I guess, can guide you the best in this matter, not any seniors. You should consult a competent lawyer ASAP.

Exactly.I have consulted a few lawyers in this matter.Actually I am looking for a recent decision of high court in which it gave judgment in favour of rejected candidate.In this way it will be easy for me to defend my case on the base of this precedent.

yes I have paid fee in time.In fact I deposited fee on 18-1-13 while closing date was 21-1-13.And thing would go in favour of me.

Why you did not applied in time, when you paid fee three days prior to closing date.
When did you posted the application?
Whether you applied online, if yes ,when?

I tried 2 for 2 days.But due to problems in online system I could not.Even on last day I also tried online yet again failed.Closing date was 21-i-13 I posted application manually on 23-1-13

You have a solid ground that online system of ppsc was corrupt those days. But you have to justify late posting of application manually.
Prepare the justification.
I think you will be favoured.

I HOPE SO.It is an admitted fact that when last days come their online does not work properly.But they do not care

Certainly it is a fact . I myself had submitted my forms by Post as their system was not supporting for on-line application.
