Read the advertisement again.Objective type test will be taken first on the formula 1:8 per seat.

No, i think you receve wrong idea ,my cuzen is in ib he confirmed me that this advertisement about ib and in advertisemet it is also mention that first they take screening test afterward on the basis of test result if ratio above1:8 then they take english subjective test otherwise they direct go for next step.
