Default Lower Courts' Licence Examination.(Help Me)
I am going to take the licence examination for lower courts on 16th October. I have no idea about it. I have never been to courts and no idea about what sort of questions i would have to answer. Please somebody help me!

dont wory it is a simple test. just read CPC, CRPC, half papar would comprise of mcqs and other simple theoritical question. and u know all about bail, differnce b/w res judicata, res subjudice. it is all very simple dear

one freind faild in ths exam last year when i ws in lahore. bcs he ws overconfident. wo kahta tha LLB pass kr liya, ye test to halwa ha. bt in the end he failed. he lost 6 months bcs of HALWA EXAM

hey no need to worry.questions would be easy.u must have clear concepts about important topics relevant to Cpc,crpc, Evidence,contract act.
u need to attempt 5 questions.examiner wants relevancy not sheet Bharo rule as we do in LL.B. when you submit your file they will provide you a booklet.this booklet contains all important questions and mcqs too. so be positive, confident and Believe you can and you will do it if you persevere.

I am suggesting some topics, just go through them once. It will prove very helpful.

Res subjudice.
Power Of Magistrate.
unlawful Assembly.
Arrest.
FIR
Evidence and its kinds
And yeah do read legal ethics.

As far i remember there are 20 mcqs which you can solve with the help of others sitting beside you
