deffinetly there is difference b/w pattern of HCt exam and Pcs.

A friend of mine in High court peshwar told me tht the Bar council is going to take action against that advertisement. last time there was minimun qualification was 2 years experience and they were saying tht it must be at least 5 years.. and now there is no need of experience

last time criteria was same as this time .however the purposal of two year necessary practice as an advocate was under consideration last year .....

do u have any idea tht what is Urdu paper pattern? is it just like english paper
beause i saw LHC past paper and it was same like english paper like idioms, precis,essay and translation. dont know about peshawar high court..

Brother Could you please upload the papers on the forum you are talking about?

i think there is no need to take action by the bar council agains the adv. By high court. Experience can give more credits to seniors.

i think so it will be same as english one.but dont know exactly.

Bar council not going to take any action.

Dear zohaib dont make us horrifying with the words of experience. this time i, think they want to encourage fresh law degree holders. Remember that this time the court will take exame like kpk public service commission.

Agree with noni gul. Besides not putting the condition of 2 years practice will also bring more revenue to High Court.

Bar Council may suggest - that even with exceptions- something to High Court. It has no authority to take any action against the directions of the said Court.

Corrigendum in advertisement#1 Now one has to appear in the NTS and only those who qualifies NTS will appear in the exam for civil judge Cum judicial magistrate

Those who have already submitted forms shall submit further bank draft of 1000Rs in the name of registrar high court peshawar. last date is extended to 11nov 2013.
