I have read artcles 240 to 243...
Article-240: conditions of recruitment are drtrrmined by act of parliament
Article-241: if there is no act recruitment is made through prev procedure (in our case, it is ordinance of president) consistent with provisions of const...
Article-241: constitution provides for creation of pub serv com (const does not mention its functions)...

According these condititions our recruitment will be according to prev procedure i.e. of ordinance which empower the nab chrman for such decisions. There are a number of agencis which recruit independently of pub ser com. There is no threat to our recruitment.

This is the actual method of appointment in NAB and is known as MAQ which the Supreme court has given reference to in its verdict......the Employees Service Rules (TCS) doesnt apply to us as we are not employees.

Going thorough this MAQ there are only two main things to notice here:

1) If you look at the qualification you would see that this was exactly what was written in the advertisement as well. So since the through scrutiny of these requirements prior to interview all those who appeared in interview stood eligible for it.
(Note : That "200 marks computer science subject in bachelor" clause clause in advertisement is not present in MAQ so therefore it was not permissible for NAB to mention it in advertisement)

2) Experience is not mandatory but is pereferable just like in any other recruitment process.

2012, 2015 and 2016 recruitment all were given to NTS and the SC didn't mention that they were irregular as they were carried out by NTS......this verdict clearly mentions from now onward all recruitments be made through fpsc.

in my opinion, the current case and its verdict has nothing to do with the ongoing recruitment process. It has focussed on the recruitments in the past, the appointments that were made without thorough selection procedure before NAB contract with NTS. If the current recruitment process was the target, then the recruitments of the last year would have also been mentioned somewhere during the case, those were all clear. It means we are also all clear as our recruitment has also been done through the same process. The declaration of the interview schedule was also delayed due to some administrative issues, i guess that was also due to the same case. As that stage proceeded after a little delay, I think this phase will also proceed after a small delay. I think that delay will be over now and the final notification will be issued any time soon. May Allah be with us.

This commission was constituted and the case had started well before our interviews, if the case was related to this process in any way, NAB would not have conducted interviews in the first place.
We all should call NAB hq for clearification.

I have asked the question 4 days ago, respondent made it very clear that current case has nothing to do with ongoing recruitment process.

Alright. The result has been compiled and the final list has been prepared. Today is the big day. People will receive calls today or by tomorrow. Letters are also been dispatched and will be delivered to the selected ones within 3-4 days.
