Brother You are confusing the Term DCS with Dy Chairman. Actually It is not. DCS stands for Director Cn Sectt. You can check in NAB Annual Report 2015 on Page 11. Here is the link to download the Annual Report.

Is this a working day for nts ? Secondly last year nts announced the result within three days and application were much more than now. I don't know, why they are taking so long ?
