I made the following three stories
Pic one( bunch of guys sleeping)
Ali is a surevyor with fwo , working on a project , taking rest with co workers after days work.
Pic 2 ( lady on the bridge)
Some town on the sea shore , husband is back from a voyage , wife came to the bridge to welcome him
Pic 3 ( passage on mountain with animals)
Trader taking his items through a difficult terain on animals , difficulty in way but they able to reach destination on time.

I didnt use the option C anywhere, I read somewhere that its not a good option to be neutral .

there can be an argument for one to remain neutral about stuff, but lets leave it for the psychologists.

About the agree disagree question I felt they were only checking intoeversion/extroversion , a little bit openness to experience and loyalty to organization, I dont think they were taking a complete OCEAN test or MBTI personality test.
Thats my opinion
