Please Guide me SENIORS:
1) I am working in PESCO BPS-17 (Contractual but likely to be permanent)

I have following future employment:

2) NTC as an Assistant Billing Administrator BPS-16 (Package 50k) (Contractual but likely to be permanent )
3) IT Teacher BPS-16 in KPK (Package 40k) (Project based)
4) Assistant Application Developer in NIP (Package 60k) (Project Based)

which option is best for me???

BS 17 job should only be leave for higher pay with higher scale job.
Or 16 grade permanent job, if your is contractual.
