Question Psychometric test preparation
AoA guys... I just went through a few tests on internet. From that, i can tell you these tests are for gauging one or more aspects of one's personality. This is not a test where you can answer only when you know the answer. Here you project yourself by responding to either yes or no... or may sometimes strongly agree to strongly disagree thing.... Now, you have two options while responding to them. Be honest or be what you are not. More importantly, we don't know which kind of personality do they want to hire. In such a scenario, how do you think one can prepare well for the test????? Guidance is requested if someone has the way out. Thanks.

Dear All, job hunters.....!

Last time they shortlisted TEN candidates per post for the Psychological Test i.e. 72 candidates were shortlisted for AD post and total Posts were SEVEN i think so so this time they are supposed to do so as well. Therefore, might be 100 candidates could be shortlisted for the post of Dy: A.D......!

Rectify me if i am wrong plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......!!!
