For medical test contact number is given on nab website of the medical officers of different stations contact at them,

and for character certificate its not necessary to obtain it from police station, it can be given by any 17th grade officer or above... but the problem is they have not provided any format of character certificate with the offer letter,

Does anybody have format for character certificate??? Can it be on blank paper with signature and stamp OR should it be on his letter head?
