Exclamation Asif

There is an English test as well. It was mentioned at the very end of the syllabus page for AD and JIO. This 2nd test justify that the number promoting to the next stage of selection process will be large as there will be further shortlisting in that.

Last time NAB conducted a psychological test and they called a certain number of top scorer against each seat. I think it was 6 or 7 per seat. So it paved way for those who even scored in 60s and 50s. It depends from which province you are as cut off will depend on the performance of candidates in your province. For instance, if there are two seats for a certain province and they decide to call 10 people against one seat then top 20 scorers will be called for the next stage. They can all be in 90s or they can all be in 50s. Its very clear that everybody will not qualify for the next stage.

Now some candidates are saying that this time an English descriptive test will be conducted. What is the source and can they past the link over here. It is possible that NAB may have decided to do away with psychological test as last time many top scorers failed in the psychological test and people with average performance in the test were given a chance. Some people also resigned from the job later on.
