Only those who could not pass are complaining anyway at least there is some merit as a lot of candidates who may use influence are filtered out at written phase and there is some transparency (although still questionable) for comparison take a look at recruitment of Doctors, Nurses etc by Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) not even number of vacancies were announced and according to rumors there were 1800 posts out of which 1200 are already gone. So be happy because uptill 2nd phase every one got fair and equal opportunity.

I wouldn't call NTS a fake. Yes, they make a lot of money and due diligence is not their strongest suit but atleast they provide a plateform and a fighting chance to people like us. All they need to do is improve their systems and be a little more transparent.

no it is not, at least it gives us the idea that induction will be done before June.

As per establishment notification
Candidates called for interview per seat=5
Total candidates appearing in interview=660
If each candidate takes 20 min then 20 candidates
Could be interviewed per day.
Thus total days required to complete interviews=33
Date today:8 May + 33 = 10 June
Days required for result compilation=10 days
Final result=20 June
Joining time 15 days makes 5 July
As per previous posts Basic Training starting from 5th June.

We live in a country where STRICT CRITERIA is applied for only junior posts while Chairmen and Director Generals are hired without any scrutiny. So what do you expect?
I haven't done anything wrong but believe me... whenever I look at the picture of our Quaid... I feel ashamed. We have failed as a nation. We are one of the Atomic Powers and yet we don't have any electricity, clean water, education and last but not least we have NO RESPECT. We have entered this phase of total failure because our leaders are incompetent and greedy.

psychological tests can never be checked through omr machines. it was clearly mentioned on the question book i.e no answer is correct or wrong. this test was conducted to have indepth view of ones personality and can only be checked by professional psychiatrists which is infact a time consuming process. furthermore, the ad, no doubt, mentioned those who are not corresponded for 4 months of the advertisement but you are not among those who are not contacted after advertisement- you received a roll number, appeared in the written exam, shortlisted for the psychometric test. the result of which is still awaiting so keep your fingers crossed and exercise patience. the coming days will decide it all,keep visiting nab website as the result of psychological test last time was uploaded in the form of a list of candidates shortlisted for interview on nab website(under the the link of jobs on the website)
