The board issues the verification letter along with attestation of photocopies. This is what required by NAB. No need to waste the money and time by further applying to IBCC for attestation of original.

I'm in sargodha university to get my degree. I met with assistant controller exam and explain my problem to him. He said result card is valid for 3 years and he charged me 1500 rupees for verifying my result card, which he said, HEC and other relevant institutes would consider it equivalent to degree.

Is that ok with regard to NAB, or any other thing would be necessary to forebear the disqualification.

As per NAB directions, the degrees along with 2 photo copies must be attested by the HEC. The HEC also attest the provisional certificate i.e. Result card issued during last 2/3 years. Get your result card attested from HEC. Why not you apply for urgent degree issuance from your concerned University?

University, issues degree, after two without any cost. This time period had matured in my case and University is working on it. However, whatever you do its not possible to get degree with in a days or week after paying Rs2000, urgent fee; as university procedure took at least 2 month to issue degree urgently. So Assistant controller examination asked me to pay 1500 in bank to get may result card photo copy verified by the university which would enough evidence for HEC to attest future two photo copies of result card, required by NAB.
I think it would be enough to satisfy the NAB. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I have verified the original certificates from BISE peshawar back in 2006. Now it is done by IBCC.
