And what do you mean by you found panal predetermined? And what was your serial number in the list for interview?

And I ask you again that when and where was your interview took place?

In my case they asked me from Qanoon e Shahadat Order 1984 and Cr.P.C. mainly.

May Allah SWT bless you, me and all of us with success in this life and hereafter. Aameen
I could not answer first two questions. they asked six different questions. And those first two questions confused me alot. I had my interview for JIO on 12th june, karachi. They were giving different time to different candidates. A few candidates came out within two minutes, some took 12 minutes and some came within 5 to 7 minutes. This made me think that they were following their mood swings rather than a perticular criteria. They would simply be following written results' score.

For DD post: it has been clearly mentioned in important notes of advertisement at point f, "The experience mentioned for the post of BPS-18 vacancies, is a post academic qualification experience of Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous bodies and Corporations".

SO i think, no private experience would be considered for recruitment in NAB. That is why the panel objected.

The candidates are being called in accordance with their merit position in written test. However a revised merit list has been made in the light of Psychological test rating, academic / qualification percentile & Experience etc. The interview seems as formality as the panel is not much serious to make any assessment. Even the number of panel members are not constant in various days. The final result would based upon the predetermined criteria. That is why the attitude of panel is different with each candidates.

Regards

It was not an interview but a time pass. I do not understand that why they call us for time pass in the month of Ramadan. They asked nothing about NAB,corruption, about myself or any thing general. Only two or three silly questions from my subjects were asked.

Moreover, the panel was least interested to listen to me rather they were busy in their work. Furthermore, they did not let me to answer their questions completely. In other words, they were in hurry and undisciplined.

To conclude, it was not an interview but it was the MURDER OF INTERVIEW.
