Do your own preparation. Interview is not at all the big deal. Sharing interview questions would definitely give an edge to the later. So, no one is going to weaken his chances of selection by sharing questions on the forum. Game on hy abhi dear

Yes, this is what i wanted to convey. If you have trust in God than why requesting people to share their interviews? you can attempt it even without asking from others. Its competition and even a single mark matter. I am not worried about myself. I am not sure whether i should join it or not. :thinking .. I am raising my voice for the talented aspirants who burn mid night oil to get something. In such sort of interviews, questions always repeat. So, what if one work really hard by preparing his own notes and other get it in mere seconds? Yes, interviews should be shared but once all the interviews are over.

Ali Reza Ghug Tuesday, September 20, 2016 12:17 AM

My interview is on 20th sept.
I went to fpsc office lahore today to have details of required documents.
I witnessed that whenever a candidate came out after interview, a group of 6-10 candidates tried to get info about their interview experiences. None of them hesitated to share their interview experience.
"Men" do not want success through back-doors but by giving real competition.

i am also raising my voice for other people i am not interested in this job. hard work is never wasted everyone is going to get the reward the point is a lot of people have anxiety before interview by knowing the interview experience of candidates they can be more relaxed and have a guideline before hand. the sharing of interview on this forum means you are sharing it with everyone and not only your friends because obviously everyone does share their experiences with personal contacts. also interview is never about knowledge it is more about aptitude and personality so even if one answers all questions he may be rejected that is destiny.

First of all, thank you so much for sharing your interview. It means a lot for candidates who are to be called next.

Secondly, there are some members, who are seemingly trying to belittle these jobs by saying that they have second thoughts about joining these services. My request is, if they are not serious about joining it, they better had not appeared in exam in the first place (which they did, and got passed) but now that they have been called for interview, they better not appear, as giving an exam for any post can mean either of the two things

1) that you are serious about the job

2) you wanted to test your ability

May be the candidates who are having second thoughts wanted to test their ability, which they proved by qualifying the test.
Dear brother! if someone does not want to join an organisation it does not mean they are trying to belittle the job everyone has their own priorities and family issues so stop judging. secondly judging ones capabilities in written and oral tests are two completely different things so it is totally his/her call and no one can stop them or advise them to not to appear for interview except people who know them well enough.

preventive lahore interviews kb say start ho rahy???

Saamboy Sunday, September 25, 2016 10:27 PM

Interview Preventive Officer!

I may share it here as well.

My interview was on Sept 20 Peshawar Centre, I have been busy with my job since then. I'll share my interview experience here.
But before sharing interview I must say, the interview room AC was set well below 16 degree Celsius.
The chair was not a revolving chair and the panelists were sitting at some distance so you had to adjust in the chair every time a different panelist asked a question.
Now the interview, there was no introduction.
Straight away the chairman calls me by the name and then asks you have this degree, why do you want to join FBR?
Do you work anywhere?
Then a little discussion about my work, whether we have made any difference in the education sector or not.
Are you satisfied with Tax system in Pakistan?
Then a member from FBR (I'm not good with the names) starts participating in the discussion, she asks me why do you want to leave your current job?
"Will you leave this job if you get another job?" To which I reply I'd be lying if I say I won't
What are you after?
I mention Salary, she says so it's about money?
Then she said they had various laboratories and it would be very fortunate for them that I work there but at the same time it would be very unfortunate for me to work there since I don't like my field.
What do you think about Taxation in Pakistan?
Any solutions?
Nargis Sethi suggested CSS and I don't remember if she asked me any question at all.

That's all I remember. It was a general discussion in a very eased environment and I didn't feel any pressure.
