Why would they display another list? How many people didnt join after being selected?

153 Inspectors/Intelligence Officers were appointed out of 200. So, 47 people didn't join after the final merit list was displayed. There are high chances of another list as I heard it from the administration of my office. But I'll confirm it in a day and share on this forum.

A member of the admin branch of my department said that there are high chances of a second list. He was not sure when the new list will be issued, but it is hoped that all this will happen within 2 to 3 months.

Two to three months or weeks..?? and what is the status of 153 people who have recently been recommended..!! anyone from that list who didnt join as 5th April was the last date of joining..??
