Default KPK candidates for AVO , Customs Inspectors and PO
Candidates from KPK who have been selected as Appraisers and Custom Inspectors and are also contenders of Preventive Officer post please report here and share your preference of the above posts.

This will help some of our friends who have been left out in allocations of Custom Inspectors and will help Preventive KPK officers. Plz

The following 7 candidates have been selected as Inspector Customs who are also contenders of Preventive Officer post. Their merit number has also been mentioned against their name

Secondly, can you get in touch with your batchmates from kpk (especially the above mentioned candidates by Mr. Hitler Khan) and tell us their preferences.

I assume, by now you must be having a Facebook group of your own for discussions related to Customs Inspectors.

About that job, I don't know. I'm in a dilemma about joining this job or the preventive at all (obviously there is a big "if I'm recommended in preventive as well"). I think I need to ask someone who is a serving employee of FBR. Right now, I'm working for provincial government, it has both pros and cons that I have to weigh to make decision.
Pros:
Home station
Takeaway salary 41k+
8AM - 2PM job
Maximum 20 working days

Cons
Field job
Hard areas to access
Contract job.

BS16 in FBR will have almost the same pay plus I will have to live in Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad.

Coming to your point, preventive officer is largely based in Karachi while inspector customs is more diverse in terms of posting. In case I decide to join I will prefer inspector. I will ask someone though. I hope you got the answer.
