What is the court case against the AATCO vacancies? This doesn't sound good

AOA,

I made a call to CAA HR office yesterday. I got following answer
" abhi kuch ata pta nahi."

I asked that few days ago,one of your office member told me on call to get know about result during 1st week of feb.

He said" nahi aisa kuch nahi, aap her 2 weeks k bad isi tarha phone ker kay pta kerti rahein"

We can only hope for the best.

I think the existing employees of ATC cadre want up-gradation and last year they also called strike and then they went to court. Probably the court case is about all this.

I called up someone I know from CAA and inquired about the current situation regarding the court case. He told me that it is due to the complain filed by CAA employees as they claim that CAA violated their policies by not hiring 25% employees internally. There will be no hiring for the post of AATCO PG-07 until this case is finalized. And everyone knows how efficiently our courts work </sarcasm>.
