AWC Recruitment Test for AM Technical

Can I get sample paper of AWC recruitment test for Assistant Manager Electronics conducting by NTS on 30th March, 2014 ? or any helpful stuff/link/experience ?

As salam o alaikum,

I also got AM electronics test call from NTS. the thing is NTS wont tell anything about test. so I think you should prepare for the test using "electronic circuits fundamentals" by thomas floyd. you may already know about this book and it gives excellent basic concepts. If you have time you should also give a little concern to radars and satellite.

I took NTS test once for a sugar industry {post Asst. Manager electronics} and the test had
1) basic electronics{diode,BJT, MOS, BJT & MOS amplifiers, oscillators}
2) basic electrical {usual RLC circuits, reactive elements}
3) computer organization and architecture (CAO){difference b/w organization and architecture}
4) microprocessor 8088
5) some NTS usual questions

you should also prepare for NTS general test from NTS guide book.

you can also get a little idea from "PGTP sample paper" (just google for it)

I am preparing like this. so i told you what i am doing. however you should prepare what you think might be important. Its no guarantee that these will come.

Test was comprising of four parts...
1. Quantitative
2. Subjective
3. English
4. Analytical Ability

Test was mcqs based ... there were 125 questions and 2. 5 hours for the test.

Division of the paper .... Total MCQs 125

1. Quantitative 35 MCQs
2. Subjective 50 MCQs
3. English 15 MCQs
4. Analytical Ability 25 MCQs

Hello people, I wanted to know how long does it take for security clearance, as I have submitted forms in month of Feb, firstly I was told that it would be done within a month, now I am being informed that it would take 4-5 months. Can anyone update me regarding this matter
