Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

Whenever i try to apply US Aid my application gets stuck at rozee.pk and processing does not complete. Can somebody tell me what goes wrong.....?

My field is Electrical Engineering........and may be i go.......I think it is just internship......
