Genttleman! court has issued stay order till 12 of feb. there are some issues between management and union. union approched court and scceeded to get a stay order.
infact there is a quota of 33% for union but management says that this is a election year and we have pressure from ministries to appoint blue eyed person. management has requested to union that we are unable to give you 33% this time. this is the matter

union and management is trying to settle the matter on their own, but if they fail to matter will take time.
