In Jahangir Lecturer's English book, there is a section of teaching methodologies and teaching techniques plus the different educational policies of Pakistan. I hope you can get useful material from there.

You can cover English portion by doing synonyms/antonyms, pair of words, adjectives/adverbs, grammar and sentence completion etc.

Regards,
In new budget, finance department has allocated sufficient funds for these posts, so chances are there that within two months lecturer ship posts would be announced through PPSC. You can expect exam in Oct / Nov.
