2. Highly reputable person in your area who is known by every one. like. MNA / MPA or any other
3. Complete your security clearance forms with due care t0 avoid un necessary delay in clearance

1. i am confused about Notable, i don't know any mna/mpa, also why would they verify me? can i name any gazetted officer as a notable?
