because you know the number of posts are less then as compare to permanent commission.

Dear you cannot join SSG directly.Firstly you have to join Navy through permanent commission & then if you come in the best cadets of your batch, you will be called for SSG training.No one knows their criteria and number.It is just random

a person can join navy as marine ssg n in operation branch through short service commission.

Dear, SSG is a volunteer service. after joining Navy and completion of basic training, one can join SSG service. it is not an easy task to become a commando. there is a very tough training and only those can do it who have strong well, firm determination , tolerance and good physical stamina. Pakistani SSGs are the best of the world, because they can operate and get hundred % result in any kind of circumstances.

then what is the purpose of publishing the operation branch in navy?and why they published twice the advertisement of operation branch marines and ssg n advertisement?
