hi Annexure-C of Application Form to be issued by Kashmir Affairs Division,means is it a domicile or a state subject certificate(bashinda certificate)?r the migraties of jamu kashmir r eligible for this document if they got state subject or bashinda certificate pls help me out

A candidate who is permanent residents of Azad Kashmir Territory, seeking upper age limit relaxation, have to submit a certificate (Annex-C of Application Form) to be issued by Kashmir Affairs Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, along with his/her application form in order to avail such relaxation.
