Everyone having an Ajk domicile can apply for AC posts ?? or is it just reserved for the people having domicile of Mirpur and Muzzafarabad??

anyone having domicile of mirpur or muzafarabad can apply for recent posts of AC.. other than these two cities would need not to apply ,eventhough residing in ajk .. .

some posts were announced earlier in 2011 and 2012 for rest of ajk
