I rang HRI Peshawar today, they told me it may take a week or more for compilation of results

HRI personnel told me that some of the dossiers are not received yet. Tentative date is tomorrow afternoon. Calls will be made before 14 Aug

no they don't prefer experienced people ! they just choose the best among the rest ;-)
the no of shortlisted people for final interview depends upon the no of vacancies ! if vacancies are more then more candidates will be shortlisted and vice versa !!!

Result has been finalized, results will be emailed to I&SCs by today afternoon. Calls will be made tomorrow morning onwards
