Yar panel interview will be very simple... There will be 3 to 4 ppl in a panel and it'll be head by an air commodore.. There will be 1 subject specialist and 1 psychologist as well... They will ask questions regarding ur family background, ur qualification, the subjects
u have in ur last degree... My interview was around 10 to 15 mins...
The most important thing is ur luck, selection in armed forces greatly depends how lucky u are☺😢

I heard that two things are difficult in interview;
1. Questions asked by the psychologist
2.Questions asked by the subject specialist

as far as i concern,im from A & SD ,what question are going to be ask by these two? What were the question asked by you?

Psychologist will ask questions in order to cross check whether the information u have shared in ur psychological test is true or not... Questions will be like ur intro, ur school college and university life, why airforce, if u get better opportunity than paf then what will you do... Subject specialist may ask u difference between admin and management, task of management, functions of management and bla bla... From me they didn't ask any subject questions but from different ppl they have asked these type of questions.. Actually they have designed interview differently for each n every candidate... And according to that they'll ask questions..
