In my opinion we should share the preparations tips with each other.

yes help is necessary. it is good. no doubt

yes help is necessary.we must give priority to collectivism over individualism. kindly help in a way that it is based on reality. help must not be on the bases of wild guesses, over-conscieness. in simply I want to say that whatever anybody knows and it is correct 100% then gide and help otherwise simply say sorry. believe you me no body will say anything if you say sorry. it is better to say sorry than to guide on basis of wild guesses and it is immoral behavior I believe. Thanks !!

I think preparation of ISSB after getting ISSB call won't be a good option since we only would've around 2-3 weeks remaining at that time. If i talk about myself then I have just start preparing for Psychological tests as it is the most important part of selection. A person won't get recommendation unless he has got recommendation from a psychologist.
In these tests, a person must remain positive like in TAT, if the Respect word is written on Screen, a person must be positive while making a sentence;

Wrong: I don't respect my parents or no one deserve respect
Positive: I respect everyone or one should respect everyone

That was just a very basic example.

Moreover, I will also work on my fitness before going to ISSB.

1. Recommendation from GTO + Psychologist (not from Dy. Interviewer)
Final Status = Recommended

2. Recommendation from Dy. Interviewer + Psychologist (not from GTO)
Final Status = Recommended

3. Recommendation from Dy. Interviewer + GTO (not from Psychologist)
Final Status = Not Recommended

Yes of course. My preparation tips will be to you all...........

Psychologist Sab: be natural in your responses. dont be over positive and dnt be like farista(angel) there. be confident and do your best. practice more and more wat,sct,and picture story and pointer story. dont worry about the result do your best.

Deputu president sab: in interview try to focus that how to answer rather than what to say. again be natural there. please. one think i dont understand that why people ask these questions which related to one's personality. like that "why do you want to join paf ,pak army,pak navy?" please try to think your own self. this is your ISSB. means if one has to ask the answer of the questions from others or me and then give the same answer to selectors in issb then I go to issb in place of that person. so what are you doing. issb is the test of your own personality, skills not others. so please focus.

GTO sab: be social,and give respect to the view point of your group members. dont become leader where not necessary. your task is to perform best to the best of you ability withoout worry of what selectors will say. please you can not become selectors. you are candidate so be candidate not become selectors. it is there work to access you not your work to access selectors. issb ap ke ho rahe hy.

so work hard. I believe you all can perform well. and I believe you all will definitely perform well inshaALLAH. you people all are very talented. so try to bring talent in use.
