At the age of 27 i am really finding it hard to run even 2KM. This ISSB thing has really exposed by fitness level. But it's good. At least I have up my fitness a bit.

what your branch? and do you know when issb of paf ssc 119 will be started?

We don't have to run in ISSB but yar we must have to prepare ourselves for obstacles.... wo ham logon ne 5 say 7 b kar liay to INSHALLAH will pass the physical.. but muj sy to wo b nahi ho rahi na motapa kam ho raha ha(

Yes we don't have to run in ISSB but running increases stamina which will help us in doing obstacles as well as in GTO outdoor tasks. Running pushups and sit ups are very important to gain fitness.

If you have good fitness level, you can perform these obstacles with ease.

Frndx i have an issue can u plzz tell me k agar apki eye sight zada hojae phly se jo k waha pe initial medical me.likhi hui hai any issue?? Meri accounts branch hai and eye sight 1.5 se 2 hogai hai?? Will it be an issue for me or not kindly give suggestions

There is no Issue of Eye sight in SSC unless it's greater than -3. my one eye is also -2
