I have a UK Engineering degree with a very good grade and I'm thinking of applying for the Engineering commission. However, I am about 10 kg overweight, will this make problems or is it more relaxed for engineering based posts unlike fighting arms? And will having a good degree and some foreign work experience be helpful for me?

As every candidate have to go through an intelligence test after which he will be examined in his respective specialty. So, one should not go for any specific book, rather any book related to intelligence & analytic Questions may be consulted.

Weight is not an issue in the initial stages. If you qualify the initial test, they give you some time to reduce your weight for the initial medical. if you are unable to loose your weight, you can still proceed to the next stages, i.e Psychological test, Selection board interview and Final medical at CMB karachi. All these stages will take almost three months, so you have enough time to come to the required standard. In the worst case, you may still get a margin of 5, 6 kgs.

These all branches carry almost the same importance. Because you 'll be wearing the rank of PILOT OFFICER in which ever branch u get commissioned. But I 'll personally suggest you to go for Log....

yes i know all the branches have the same ranks but here the entrance test aspect is important for me.whether logistic will be easy to prepare or Accounts ?????as difference is only lie in academic test and all other procedures and test will be same for all branches i,e medical, psycho and interview as usually formal.......

if you have only applied and didn't appear in the ISSB/interview, your attempt is not counted. You can still apply as a fresh candidate..
