No. It means to say that names of recommended candidates will be despatched to selection centre as well as HRI.

pehlay interview Rawalpindi center mai hoga KPk walo ka ! then panel will fly to Lahore and then Karachi ! 2nd board interview Islamabad mai hoga sb ka !
