I would say that whether you can run or cannot run you should go and give it a try, ALLAH knows best what is stored in your destiny. So dear please appear in all of the tests and lets see.

What is your qualification and what sort of job experience do you possess brother?

Also please let us know step by step process you experience in this induction, when did you receive the sms from P O box 824?

What about Rawalpindi/Islamabad?
Test has been conducted??

Any idea about Gilgit baltistan?? When test will be held?
In advertisement, Shiba language preferred, which is our language. Secondly I didnt write hand written application, just sent my cv along with all required documents. Is my application will e considered??

Those who haven't received any message regarding test for Rwp/Islb will not be considered anymore eligible for this recruitment?

they were not shortlisted for the test, nothing to do with eligibility.
